Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we learn, work, connect, and belong. The ground beneath our collective life is shifting and with it come profound questions about human development, culture, community, and what it means to be human.

Building on global convenings across Cairo, Mexico City, Xi'an, and Rome, the AI and Human Development Initiative comes to New York during the High-Level Week of the United Nations General Assembly for its most public and dynamic gathering yet. Through a series of thought-provoking conversations and unexpected pairings of leaders from technology, government, academia, philosophy, and the arts, the convening will explore how AI is transforming the social fabric and shaping humanity's relationship with technology.

Bringing together diverse perspectives for deep reflection, principled debate, and bold imagination, the session invites audiences to engage with one of the defining questions of our time: how can we ensure that technology remains at the service of people, and not the other way around?
