The President of the General Assembly, with the support of UN-Women, will organize and preside over an interactive multi-stakeholder hearing on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, pursuant to General Assembly resolution 79/288, entitled "Scope, modalities, format and organization of the high-level meeting on the thirtieth anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women", as part of the preparations for the high level meeting of the General Assembly.
